Peachy Chard Salad

<p>This fresh salad with peaches and greens comes together quickly for a side dish or a light main dish salad.</p>

Ingredients
8 oz Swiss chard, stemmed
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
4 Tbsp Vinegar (apple cider or balsamic)
4 Tbsp Honey
3 Peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
4 Tbsp Sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup Goat cheese or feta cheese

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Slice chard into ribbons. Combine salt, pepper and oil in a mixing bowl. Toss chard in oil mixture and transfer to serving plates.
  2. To the same bowl, add honey and vinegar and combine well. Add peach slices and toss to coat with dressing.
  3. Arrange peaches over chard. Top with almonds and cheese.
